Unisyn Enterprises — incomplete installation of my tata sky | |||||
Dear team, I have tata sky connection at home, customer id – [protected]. On 26th may 2018, one of your executive visited our home and explained us about the 1350/- inr offer for taking hd. I took that offer and did the payment, through check, after that i was asked to make a recharge of 200 for getting the services started. It has been more than three months that neither i have received the hd setup box nor the services are been started. Moreover the my tatasky balance is decreasing day by day. Trying to reach rakesh (Unisyn enterprises-tata sky) number [protected], he won't respond at all. Now i am fed up with the tata sky people. I need my refund back. Please do it asap. Its been almost a week the executive name Reddy took the payment of 1550 and dint even bother to answer my calls. He informed that in 2 days he will install the HD box however every thing went in vain. Request you to please look into this matter. I made the payment through PayTM.
