[Resolved]  Unisyn Enterprises — unisyn enterprises amount collected through paytm for tata sky new connection, but not responding.

-Send mail to [email protected] with proper details like application form provided by the salesperson and Paytm payment screenshot -Contacted tata sky customer care 1800 208 6633 every day -Got calls from tata sky service people and again asked for payment details and dealer name then they told me to come back -Daily tried to contact sales person he did not pick my call -Waited for 2 weeks All the above things are not worked for me and one is responding and follow the below procedure Finally, I send a message to a salesperson with a lot of scoldings which he never expect those words in a dream I hope no one will scold him like that and i send that message around 11.30 PM Next day morning I got a call from the scenario executive from tata sky and asked my details and he told me to 'what u did for the salesperson is not acceptable" and he initiated for installation In the next 2 days, and my installation got done Finial conclusion from my side is "If we request they are not responding some times we may behave harshly
