Unisyn — it has been more then 77 days (almost 3 months), i haven't got any setup box connection nor executive take my calls.

One o[censored]nisyn executive came to my door steps on 21st sep 2019 and he explained me about offer which tatasky is providing. I took the offer and paid "2164" using paytm.

After paying the payment executive told me that i will get set up of box with in 7 to 10 working days. It has been more then 77 days (Almost 3 months), i haven't got any setup box connection nor executive take my call's.

From past couple of months i have been following up with executive his name is manoj ([protected]) who came to my door step. Whenever he takes my call he will tell some story and gives me fake promise of getting my connection done in couple of days. This has been the case with executive and recently he gave me another number saying that he spoke with his manager madhav ([protected]) and his so called manager never take call instead of that he always drop a message saying "he is in meeting or he is busy with work".

I really regret now taking up tatasky connection were there is no proper response..

I except this problem to be resolved asap.
