Dear sir/ madam,
I (Santosh rajput) purchased the children gift growth fund unit scheme 1986 (Clause -8) in the name of my son shivam rajput. My details related to this uti-ccp funds are given below.

Number o[censored]nits: 500 /- (Each of face value rs. 10/-)
Name of a/c holder: shivam rajput
Date of birth: 04/09/1995
Date of maturity: 04/09/2016
Purchased date: 16/09/1996
I also paid the amount of rs. 5000 /- in current bank a/c of allahabad bank, credit current a/c no. (700004) on the date of 16/09/1996 under uti acknowledgement - cggf-1986.
Please provide me the needful information on this issue as soon as possible. And i also want to know that the status of my account. How much amount has been collected on this account till dated.
