1, most respectfully and humble submission i wish to lay down following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable orders please.

2. I had purchased a bond membership no - [protected] on dt 8/09/1998 against my daughter meera choudhary the maturity date of the bond was 8/09/2014. I have applied in sbbj bank chakshu branch for receiving amount of bond but i have not received any response from their side. Now, i want to know the procedure of receiving the bond amount.
3. Kindly, look into the matter. For this i shall be very thankful to you.
4. I shall remain ever grateful for this act of your kindness.

Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response In this connection, we have taken up the matter with scheme registrars office and they have sent the final reply to the unit holder vide their letter dated 05/10/2016. Now case stands closed.

I had bought 150 qty membership No: [protected] of Raj Lakshmi unit plan for my daughter name Mrunali dharmendra Patel after my maturity 28/07/2014 till date i haven't received any documents or any fund for the same,

kindly address my complaint as this is serious issue because we are investing in government funds.
