Sir, I had bought this Unit trust of India Rajlaxmi Unit plan (II) [RUP (II)](CLAUSE XI), No. o[censored]nits (Face value of Rs 10/- per unit) 1500 units, Membership No. [protected] dated 16/07/1997, in the name of my daughter HANNA K HAFIZ, with date of maturity 16/07/2016.
