Unitech Group — indifferent block a maintenance office at south city 2

I with my wife own the above mentioned property and perhaps one of the few who have been paying maintenance to unitech. However, it is a difficult task to pay through cheque at south city 2, a block maintenance office. Whenever one visits the office for payment, the concerned officer is absent either for some domestic reason or official meeting. This time i visited 4 times but persons present in the office would have one reply, 'kal ajaa-o'. After my second visit, i left my phone number with the request that please inform me about the amount so that i could send the cheque. When no response came i kept on calling but nobody picked up the phone (A normal practice at this office). Today on my 4th visit one mr harish did the worst. He was not only rude but also refused to call the concerned official or any other unitech official arguing that he could do nothing and i should come when the official comes. I told him that's ther issue how would i know it. His wise advice, in that case was 'then you should forget paying'. I am sure this is due to such persons that unitech one of the finest builders are in soup. The unitech needs to supervise their collection centres which i fear have turned into property dealers' offices. Please advise how to know the due amount and where to deliver cheque. I fear visiting your block 1 office as it is an invitation for high blood pressure.
