[Resolved] Unitech Limited — Delayed possession pentalty not give and extra maintenance / electricity charges | |||
I invested into unitech cascades –greater Noida in 2015 The company had to give the Possession of the flat in march, 2018 The company handed over the Possession letter in march, 2012 – a delay of over 4 years The possession letter clearly Tated that the possession would be handed over in 45 days. The same was delayed too and the physical possession was handed over in september, 2013 The company continues to charge Maintenance charges and electricity bills even though physical possession was not handed over. The delay penalty also has not Been handed over by the builder The company also is not allowing Me to sell the flat citing concerns with registration authorities. Multiple documented emails and Conversations with top officials in the company including ajay chandra, rajesh Sinha, rajiv kapoor have been done. They all have not been responsive to the Concerns.In i have been out rightly refused saying that the company does not Have funds and there is no intent to pay.In my last conversation i was told to Go legal and not give any call to unitech office. I have ssuffered huge financial Losses and mental agony as a result of this. Was this information helpful? | |||
