Sir,
With due honor I would request you to eradicate the defective unserviceable old PC/ machine
Under the Unhited Bank of India Bhatpara Branch West Bengal Pin.743123.
The following facts are appended here under for your kind intervention and to take up the matter
With the concerned BM, UBI so that senior citizen pensioners /all the customers are not harassed
due to the negligence of the BM who cannot change a defective PC/ machine since last 3 months
or more
i) Since November 09 /2016 to December 31.12.2016 most of the days the Pass Book up to date PC/ machine was inoperative due to defective machine as stated by the BM, Bhatpara ( Noticed displayed on the main gate of the bank)
ii) From January 1 st.2017 Most of the days the PC/machine it is stated to be under repair
and stopped updating of Pass Book, please enquire how many days up-to-date machine was operative(Noticed displayed)
iii) Please investigate under which circumstances the defective PC/machine is not repairing whether it is sabotage by the bank employees to avoid work and to harass the customers
Or otherwise ? The said machine is covering a vast population coverage area including Senior citizen, Pensioners, teachers, Doctors who can not make queue at the Bank counter
Daily for this purpose.
As such, on behalf of all the victim people I would request you to look into the matter to make the the PC/up dating machine is serviceable every time and every day.
