Hello sir iam shahbaz ansari i haved ordered headphone through Amazon. But i cancelled the order because of some reason. So the Amazon initiated my refund but it not came in my bank (it's not credited) so they have given me reference no.[protected] So sir can you help me in this moment My account no [protected] And I haved paid trough my upi. Every time I make any online transactions extra money is deducted from my bank acount. If I make a transaction of 100rs extra 3rs is deducted. If I make a transaction of 1000rs extra 6rs is deducted. Why charging extra money in online transactions ?

This is to informing you that Charge Tran, Minimum Balance Charges has been Debited twice from my SB Account No.[protected] with United Bank of India, Konnagar Branch on 23/10/2019 - Rs, 15.11 And Rs, 58.89 on 01/11/2019 subsequently. Awaiting for your response.
