Sir,
I have the honour to inform that I am tapas de s/o shibsankar de vill-solageriabatitaki p.o-lutunia p.s-sabang dist-paschim medinipur.pin-721166 on aceount holder of sabang branch, u.b.i bank ifs code-UTBI0SAB96 .bearing a/c-no[protected] .I issued a cheqe of rs-10000/-(ten thousand only) Bearing no-852573 to khan distributor., date-13.07.2018.But rs-20000/-(Twenty thousand only) havebeen deducted from my account[protected] from the same cheque no-852573.
I infformed the matter to the branch manager. but he told me that he did not know the reason and he is not responsible for this.Rather he assured that only the head office could solve the problem.
I therafore, request you to look intothe matter and return the excess amount into my account as early as passeble.
