United Bank Of India [UBI] — Complaint against Banking Fraud

Sir,
Yesterday I recieved a call from a person saying my atm card has been blocked due to some reasons and he asked for Debit Card no. and cvv code.
After that 3 transactions were made emptying the account.
And after the incident when I called him up, the person started abusing me.

Sir if you want I have a call recording that was recorded after the incident if it helps you in investigation in any way.

Sir Plzz look into the matter ASAP!
Even if we cannot get the money back, the fraud person should not be exempted.
