United Bank Of India [UBI] — complaint against branch manager

I am dissatisfied with the bank feed, because the branch manager had provided my solvency certification late. And for this reason our business suffered 60 million losses. And it is also clear that the branch manager deliberately harmed me.
And in this matter bank have not been any action/decision.
My already complaint in the bank[protected] dated 03/12/2018.
So please help us.
