United Bank Of India [UBI] — complaint against customer care executive

Dear sir
I do the call of customer care excutive but my call pickup and holded for sometime then droped my call by excutive.
I cantact anytime but not talk to me by excutive and always pick to call and hold
Then dropped call.
It is very serious matter. Kindly talking seriously of this matter, resolve its problem.
