Hi sir this is amarpreet singh hira director star realtech and developers pvt ltd company its a realestate company having head office and group housing projects in kharar, kurali, mohali.
This complaint is about a loan case sanctioned by your bank united bank of india sector-70 mohali punjab branch. Mr. Ashok sanctioned the loan on flat of party vineet manchanda who bought this flat from our company at kharar district mohali punjab at western towers developed by star realtech and developers pvt ltd and did the required for sanctioning this loan. But am very disappointed when the bank told us that that they will release the last payment of rs-1, 70, 000/- on registration of flat and gave us the copy of dd after getting the copy of dd we put the dd number in the registry and get it done meand got it registered in tehsil kharar after its done first why am disappointed is that your bank employee was not there so that he could give us the dd after taking the original registry as its usually done neither he picked our phone calls as we repeatedly called him and after repeated calls he once picked it up and said am not in bank and drawer keys are with me so you come in morning and in the morning he said that the party told us not to give you the dd. How come the bank refuse us for getting the dd when copy of dd is given to us by bank and told by the bank to get the registration done and get the dd. Now this is something very unethical bank should have refused us earliar that dont get the registration done we will not give you dd. After getting the flat ownership on his name means on the party name we are standing nowhere. Its a game played with us and its fraud. The bsnk should not refuse us bank should take the original registry and give us the dd thats the procedure.in future i will never trust united bank and will never do anything like this as bank has broken our trust and involved with the customer the loani and got the registration done on his name refused to give us dd. It was very well planned game.
Am very stressed your involvement is required or i will initiate a fraud case and will surely lodge a complaint and will file to cancel the registration deed done as its fraud of payment on trust breaking.
I hope you being the very honoured senior in the bank should instruct the bank manager mr. Ashok at mohali to take the original registry and give us the dd.
