Today my saving ac was debited by 17 rs without any proper reason. Massage shown that the balance was debited for rupay bb offer which i have not required. My savings ac is in kandi branch (Utbi0kan963), murshidabad, wb.
Therefore, i request you to do needful as i able to get my money back.

I was withdrawal 10000 rupees from Punjab national bank Ashiana complex adityapur, pin - 832109 time around 12.27.27
The transaction shows declined bt i got a massage from ubi that my account was debited by 10000 rupees. Then i withdrawal another 10000 & 5000 rupees time 12.29.39
Please refund my money.
