I am abhijit jana...11july 2018 I deposit R.S.-12000/- in jyangra hatiara branch through CDM machine.but after money deposit it is not showing my account..After money deposit CDM issued a silp uneble to process..then i was going to the bank manager..i told him my problem he told me to submit a application about my problem and money will be credited in 3 days, i was submitted the application in the same date..but now its about 9 days passed away.. im not getting my money back..im not a reach person..12000/- is huge ammount for me..and i need the money urgently but bank is not helping me.. I had tried to pay the Electric Bill to WBSEDCLfor Rs.3448.42 on 03.07.2018 at 14-13 through Debit Card. As the transaction failed, pl arrange to refund the same at your earliest convenience. WBSEDCL office showing failed transaction.
