United Bank Of India [UBI] — extra deduction in upi transfer

While using upi transfer via googlepay, in past 1 year no charges were deducted.
However, in recent two day, for three transfer of meagre amount 30, 10, 20 extra money ia deducted.
This is the punishment for using digital.
Could you please check why this has been done.
And confirm if there is policy change.
