Dear sir, I m a account holder in your bank "bank of india" " vikaspuri branch' My account no is[protected]. On 7 may 2018 at 6:45 (Approx) i trying to withdrawing my rs 3000 through my atm debit card from united bank of india atm in hastsal but threre is some problem with the transaction or machine so, the transaction is not done but the amount is deduct from my account but i dont receive any amount. Can you just explain why I cant pay 61000 rs while buying online product though I have enough balance.I have done small amounts previously and it worked but this time while buying a laptop I am seeing this. Hope I will get correct information on how to solve this or if there is any kind of limitations.
