United Bank Of India [UBI] — internet banking not working

I am doing business far from the bank in which i have the account and i thought of tranfering amount i opened internet banking but that thing from starting didnt worked fine. I cant pay my bills and many transactions failed and now a days its not all working and i complaint it bank for many times still thay are saying it will be rectified wait i wait for 4 months no action taken please solve this problem

Today I made a txn of rupees..999/ txn no [protected] to amazon india.But txn is failed.And the said amount is not credited to my ac.Plz take action.
