I had gone to open a new accout and submitted all the documents and detailed.. They told me to come when the verification letter will come... But that i didnt received. After about 22days again i went to bank.. And this time they r telling that they didnot have my documents. They lost it. How irresponsible they r... The branch is mahesh serampore branch... Horrible service. They even dont work after 3pm..

Updated by Malini Bera Actually they did not update my documents in the computer... Thats why they are not getting it. But my forms and all the documents that i gave them. They cant able to find it.. Now..
