I wanted to order phone from amazon price about 42999 i did through debit card but transaction failed two at a same time after that i check balance of bank i show deducted payment stuck in payment gateway amazon customer service say that the payment stuck in payment gateway this whole moeny huge for me i need help please whoever see this post please help me

23.11.2019 I want withdraw 4000 rupees to use my ATM card. Withdrawal failed but 2000+2000=4000 rupees debited my s/b account . My A/C no[protected].
Please refund my 4000 rupees.
