United Bank Of India [UBI] — not able to start mobile banking | |||
Dear sir, I have a current account with your bank from name of smitzgiftzz.com.. From past 15 days i am trying to start the mobile banking online but neither i get any mpin nor any message regarding the same so i am not able to start it. I visited branch also several times but could not get any solution. As this is my current account so i am really getting the issues regarding payments and all please do help me asap. My details are given below:- Account holder – smitzgiftz Bank name – united bank of india Branch – kanpur, 208002 Account number –[protected] Ifsc code – utbi0vnk574 Facing issue while downloading the mobile app. (Screen shot attached) Device name :=sm-t231 Android version:- 4.4.2 Mobile number:- [protected] I have also send grivance online against the same but unfortunately i have missed the grievance number. Please send me the solution asap as i cant wait any more because it is really creating difficulties in my business.
