United Bank Of India [UBI] — amount deducted but not yet received by second party

Hello.
I want to complaint regarding the payment which i have been done 10.8.2018 and not yet received by the second party till today 11.8.2018 and my account is still showing debited by that amount.
Please look into the matter.
Asap
I also tried customer care number which is also temporarily stopped.
Are sir complaint to complaint hoti h... Ye system reject kr rha h bar bar meri complaint..
Very disappointing..

I tried to pay online to West bengal Govt. using GRIP of RS 59627. Amt. is Debited from my A/C[protected] but not Credit to GRIP. Kindly refund my money.

I was transfer 1000 rupees from paytm to ubi account In my paytm wallet deducted the amount but not credited to ubi account
