United Bank Of India [UBI] — refund issue on online shopping from amazon

I Returnned a product on 4th november and 5th november i got reference number of refund from amazone but till today i not got my money...transaction reference number is[protected]
When i called amazone for help they told from amazone side money return policy accepted and they return on 5 th november so what is going on your side ...!!

I ordered a product on bewakoof.com but later cancelled it and as it was prepaid, they processed my refund on same day i.e. 30th October but till now I haven't received my refund amount in my account.

Every time I transact in google pay or phone pay 3 rs is deducted, I would like to know what is the reason for such. Please give me a proper explanation and take necessary steps
