United Bank Of India [UBI] — Refund issues

On 16 July, 2020 we order gym equipments and at that very instant we cancelled the order and initiated for refund. It's 22 July 2020 and still we haven't received the refund. Amazon customer care claims that they have initiated our refund and red.Id is cetvgwi70000kcc12xkg but band custumor care associate is telling that they can't file the complaint we need to wait few more days.
