United Bank Of India [UBI] — refund not received for unsuccessful transaction

Sir/Maam,
I have done a transaction for greenline bus ticket booking through the red bus services, from Bhubaneshwar to kolkata on the 1st July and the booking was done for the bus of 2nd july 8:30pm, but the transaction was unsuccessful from the side of the bank.

I was told i ll be provided with the money within 48hours... but already 6working days have passed and I haven't received any notification or money from the banks end.

Please help me in this matter and let me know if I need to do something for this.

I sincerely am expecting an acknowledgement from your end.
