United Bank Of India [UBI] — refund of amazon

My amazon refund for mobile phone is initiatiated but not credited to my account. As i have the transaction id and details. Please help me because it was big amount. Please solve disputes. At 2 october 2019 i cancelled my order refund was initiatiated at 3 october 2019. As amazon said transaction was done on 11 october 2019. I need the money as soon as possible. Thank you
