[Resolved]  United Bank Of India [UBI] — rs.2500.00 is debited to my sb a/c no xx1455 on 27.09.2017 but the transaction shows failed.

While making payments to icici bank for credit card dues of rs.2500.00 by using my netbanking with ubi kasba branch on 27.09.2017, i found that bank a/c has been debited successfully but the same has not been received by the service provider i. E. Billdesk/icici bank.

Kindly make necessary enquiries and arrange for refund the amount if not received by icici bank.
