United Bank Of India [UBI] — transaction through upi id our bank can't accepted payment request

With due reaspect, i want to say that - my name is pratik ashok kalawadiya, a/c no.[protected], city shendurni (Dist. Jalgaon), maharashtra. On 1st february 2019 when i do transaction of money by phonepe application with the use of my upi id, then payment failed due to some issue but payment not successful. Transaction id.
