Sir, my name is rajendranath das... I am a customer o[censored]bi bank, arambagh branch, hooghly.. I went to buy petrol from my nearest petrol pump by atm card swip but unfortunately link was failed at the time of transaction. But 250/- debited from my a/c on 9/2/19 at 05.13.40sec. Tid[protected]. Plz sir solve my problem by which i can back my 250/-... I also complain lodge at bank's complain lodge site, which ref no.-ref[protected]

I used to pay Rs.612.00 through net banking for fees o[censored]niversity Form fill-up of Benaras Hindu University on 16.02.2019. But the said amount deducted from my account balance lying with your Rishra Branch, Hooghly, Pin 712248 and the said transaction was failed. That is why this Form fill-up was uncompleted.
