United Bank Of India [UBI] — unable to login to netbanking

I am customer o[censored]bi asansol branch bank, west bengal. I facing problem in login o[censored]bi netbanking. When i enter user id and password it is showing "application set up error and contact administrator of the bank". Please help me in this matter. Ubi customer care no [protected] is not working. I have tried to contact customer care to get help to sort out this problem but this number is not working. I am in urgent need o[censored]sing ubi net banking. Kindly help me

I m going to my branch for updated my passbook, but Staff can't talk with me. He can't help me .I was very busy . I m tell them but they can't accept my request.
