I am an account holder of your bank and i have atm card from your bank. On monday[protected] at around 11am to 12pm due exceed of wrong otp my atm card was block and have not been fixed yet. So, therefore i request your kindness to unblock the atm card as early by today if possible.

Please fast my order
I wanted to pay Rs 3258.4 to WB State Electricity on 12th Nov. 2019 at 5.04pm against Opt 530349 but the transaction is unsuccessful. Against Opt 657286, I paid the same amt online successfully. The bank deducted two times. Please refund Rs3258. 4 to my SB a/c. Thanks, Krishna Gopal Pramanick, Rgt.
