I am an account holder of your bank, and i have atm card from your bank, on friday 19/04/2018 at around 8pm-9pm due exceed of phone number ([protected]) call and wrong keyword press was hotlist/block and have not been fixed yet, so there for i request your kindness to unblock atm card as early by today if passible.

I tried to recharge my jio net online through your net banking service at 12:53:37 p.M. . Rs. 399 has already been deducted but my jio number has not been recharged as per your massage. So take the necessary steps to refund my money immediately .
