I have booked 4 nos. Flight ticket on 08.06.18 at 16.25.25 hrs. Through irctc online through debit card — detail of travel - bagdogra air port to dumdum air port — after booking it was informed through massage on my mobile at 16:25:25 failed txn reporting-goo. Gl4g2ww3 - one97 communication l - failed but payment debited from my account of rs.9127.92 — please help me to recovery the amount as your valued customer. With thanks.
