United Bank Of India [UBI] — upi transaction failed due to network work problem

Dear sir i abhijit dutta an account holder o[censored]nited bank of india of bongaoan branch north24parganas. Today at 18:34pm l want to try transfer rs 5000 from my account to another account through united upi app but transaction failed due to network problem. But amount debited but not credited payee account. My transaction reference no is[protected]. Still now money not credited my account.
