I am a regular customer of benetton for last 10 years or more - also my phone number [protected] is registered with you.
I bought a set of 4 t-shirts of size medium worth below for my son today 24th dec 2019 under the scheme 2 for 2 from your central market lajpat nagar branch.
1) inr 2199
2) inr 1799
3) inr 1799
4) inr 1399
Before generation of bill i inquired if the t-shirts could be changed later owing to a size issue as my son was not with me in the market and we could not try the sizes. It was confirmed by your staff i could.
Finding that my son size is l, i went back to the shop and asked to change the size. Unfortunately the size of one t-shirt of inr 1399 was not available, and changing for another t-shirt became an issue as i need to change another one only of worth inr 1399. I found a replacement t-shirt of inr 1799 as no options in inr 1399 but your staff is demanding additional inr 400??? I donot understand this.
Note that by concept, i could buy another t-shirt less than the maximum amount ie. 2199, but instead now they ask me to replace only with a t-shirt of inr 1399 or pay the delta amount if a higher amount shirt (Even if < 2199) is taken as replacement. The staff tells me not possible to cancel the full bill but only exchange item against item so i could exchange only inr 1399 worth t-shirt.
This is strange as if previously i had taken 2 worth 2199 and 2 worth 1799 it would have worked. Now if my replacement situation is 1 worth 2199 and 3 worth 1799, i am asked additional inr 400.
Can you pls. Clarify policy and help me exchange for a better option applying the concept of your ongoing winter sale of 2 for 2.
Either refind me full amount and i return the t-shirts or allow an exchange of inr 1399 t-shirt with another one that i liked for inr 1799 as its still within the 2 for 2 rule.
