Dear sir/madam,
I have booked by gas cylinder on 27.08.2017 with booking number 722199 and cash memo also generated on 28.08.2017 as [protected] and then i received a message on 31.08.2017 stating that cash memo stands cancelled reason door closed but actually nobody attempted my home for the gas cylinder delivery.
When i am trying to call the agency telephone number then generally nobody is picking the phone.in other case, someone picked-up the phone but not responding just put on hold every time.
Request you to take the action accordingly and arrange the delivery as soon as possible.
