I am a retired employee from tata coffee limited, bangalore and i am covered under the group medical policy, premium being paid by my employer company tata coffee limited.
I underwent a cardiac surgery on 31.7.2017 at g. Kuppusamy naidu memorial hospital, coimbatore, tamil nadu and i submitted the claim for reimbursement of rs.302784/-, through paramount health services tpa pvt limited, bangalore. Again i was asked to submit additional information/documents vide paramount letter dated 15.9.2017 which was received by me through e-mail on 22.11.2017. I submitted the required documents/clarification on 30.11.2017.
In spite of repeated requests over telephone calls/mails, my claim stands unsettled in spite of 6-3 months period after submitting the claim/required documents.
I am put to a lot of inconvenience and hardship.
May i request you do the needful to settle my claim without further delay.
