United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — claim of theft motorcycle

My self yogesh wadhawan resident of plot no. 3 nawi gali gurbax nagar chabhal road amritsar (Punjab). My motercycle no. Pb02 bf 8753 is theft on 09.11.2016. I lauged a f. I. R. No.0233 dated 09.11.2016 against theft of motercycle. I complete all the formalities of insurance company. But till date company (Branch office dharam singh market amritsar (Punjab) did not give my claim amount.
