United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — closing the medical claim even after submitting all the documents on time

Hi,

I am a capgemini employee. This is regarding the claim for my son abel. Policy number - 1264470. He was admitted in nicu at the time of his birth last year april. It is more than an year now and i have not yet received the claimed amount. The service provider uhc has clearly mentioned in mail that it is a mistake from their side that accidently closed the claim without checking all the docs. Please see the below mail from uhc.

We had the cancelled cheque details saved in the other claim of ms. Neema.

I need the claimed amount asap. You cannot delay it unnecessarily for no reason. It is a mistake from your side.
