I am M.Rajamanickam, a retired bank staff .I took insurance in "VIDAL HEALTH TPA pvt.ltd." under UIIC for a period of one year.Recently I took domiciliary treatment and submitted the regarding forms and bills on 30/11/2016 and 5/01/2017 .The above mentioned post was acknowledged by Vidal health Chennai on 9/12/2016 and 9/01/2017. Still now I didn't receive any proper response, sanctions or queries regarding that.kindly do the needful.reach me at [protected]
