I am not a directly affected party here. On my email id I receive someone else's communication about their UIIC policies. This is most likely because somewhere someone has wrongly quoted the email id. It could be that the names may be same and there's a small typo error in recording email.
Once I came to know about this, I looked for the customer care email id o[censored]IIC and informed them about this communication coming to wrong email id.
I also asked them to contact their actual customer and get the correct email id recorded in their system.
While I am not affected, someone from their policyholders is affected and they are not getting the intended communication. Instead I receive it.
Despite of my repeated requests, UIIC is not doing anything and I still continue to receive someone else's communication!!
It might result into customer dissatisfaction. I have no direct business with UIIC here anyhow. Was this information helpful? |
