Hi Team, My vehicle no: UP32 FC7916 met with an accident on 16-Feb-2018 and it was immediately towed to Renault Bodyshop in Lucknow due to immobilize condition . Bodyshop came up with a bill amount of 171539 INR. But UIIC have only sanctioned and deposited the amount of 152070 INR to Renault. However, my Renault Duster was covered under zero dep (head to tail) and this was the first time I met with an acccident. I specifically mentioned to the Renault Store Manager Mr. Kush Tripathi to only repair the accidental part. Still Mr. B.S.Pal (Surveyor) did not cleared the whole bill submitted by Renault. Further, to my request, Mr. Pal denied to give a justification for the amount not being fully paid. Also, I requested him to share his official email id so that I can have a written communication on the above issue. But instead, he refused to talk to me on this topic and stopped picking-up my call. I also requested for the submitted report or DO but no help till date. This is the worst situation where I am not getting any satisfactory response from United India Insurance Company. UIIC being a big brand, I was expecting some support and good service but till date I have been suffering and my car is still lying in the body shop. Request you to look into the issue and take corrective measure by further releasing the amount of 19469 INR else I will have to escalate it to higher level or I will take this up in consumer court.
