United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — Regarding rejection of my mediclaim reimbursement for treatment for Amount 46000 | |||||
Sir, I want to state that I had an accident on 20.02.2016 and have fractured my ankle due to accident and have been admitted to welcare hospital and had filed a mediclaim with Emeditek TPA.Insurance company is United Insurance Co. India Ltd.I am having policy with United India Insurance through TPA Emeditek TPA services ltd with policy no. [protected]p1040, company name PI Ind. Ltd, TPA id :[protected]A. I have filed a mediclaim with emeditek for settlement but it is rejected under section 5.5 due to reason, delay in submission for which my company PI Ind. Ltd is responsible and also some reasons beyond my control.I am an employee of PI Ind Ltd with emp. Id 104362.My company is also not taking any concrete iniative to resolve the issue. Sir I want to state that I have already explained the reasons for delay in submission of documents and all their queries. Also have submitted a hardcopy of explaination letter to emeditek but it is still rejected.Emeditek are now asking for condolence letter from United India Insurance for delay in submission.I had no money to pay for hospital bills/credit card bill(for hosp. payment) and hospital authorities delayed my final discharge bills to be submitted.Many delayed claims have been processed and waviver letter is issued provided the reason is considered for delay which is geniune.Also this is my first claim and I have already sufferd a loss of pay on account of accident of almost two months and hence I expect symphathetic approach towards me. You can further enquire about validity of my reasons for delay in claim submission from Pi Industries ltd. Further I want to state that also to clear bills I had to take money from credit card at higher rate of interest for which I have yet to pay.I will only able to pay when I get my mediclaim amount. Hence I request your goodself to kindly symphatyically look into the matter so as to process the claim at the earliest. Sir I just want from United India insurance co. to process my claim at the earliest as I am a housing loan Emi payer and credit card defaulter totally bankrupt with 58 days loss of pay( Rs. 85000 )and 47000 Hospital bills.Also all communication with UIIC is not successful. They are not replying to any emails till date. So pl. Instruct UIIC to resolve the mediclaim amount payment.Pl feel free to contact at [protected] and email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
