The employer has deliberately not complied to the statutory wants by not mentioning the date of leaving.

I have left the services on 02/03/2018.

When applying for pf settlement i am not getting the option for pf settlement because date of leaving is not mentioned by the employer.

Having applied for available option form 31 advance it has been rejected.

Please do insist the employer to comply the statutory need by mentioning the date of leaving and kindly do my pf full and final settlement.
