I have purchased 2 LAVA IRIS X1 Mobile along with insurance from Santosh nagar Branch, Invoice No P1.H.SN/467, Invoice date 15/Aug/2014, Invoice time 21:30:31. 1
LAVA IRIS X1, IME NO [protected] and [protected] was theft by some body on[protected], immediately I visited to santosh nagar univercell branch and intimated them the matter then they advised me to book a complain in PS and get Non traceable certificate and SIM Change acknowledgement, after following 25 days I collected all the documents and couriered it along with univercell Oriental insurance ( Mobile theft insurance claim form) to the Oriental insurance company, after tow todays Oriental insurance returned the form by saying rejected "Insurance not paid"
Note: insurance no is also printed on the bill go through the bill which is enclosed.

Please be advised that you have not availed mobile theft and road accident insurance from UniverCell. The given bill doesn't have that value Added Service which generally is bought by customer paying 2.99% of the device purchase value. And it would be mentioned as "INCLUSIVE OF MOBILE THEFT AND ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE'.
