Universal Sompo — chassis engine number didn't get in policy

I move from banglore to Visakhapatnam
Now i get new vehcle number

But in new adress policy paper i didn't get engine number chassi number so kindly add it.

Because ola cab service office didn't accept the copy.

I ask in office vsp and banglore no use. I loosing my opportunity. If i get trouble i didn't take ur policy next time. I need this solution.
