My vehicle insurance was renewed eithin the scheduled date of 3/5/19, however neither the insurance personnel mr raju sarkar or pritam modak could provide me any hard copy of the document. The matter was duly conveyed to the branch manager mr biplab bose but till now nothing concrete developed. It is nearly 1 week since my vehicle is unable to move due to the lack of this mandatory paper. I would personally request to ptovide me due justification since i had not failed to deposit the premium due.

Sir. I was an accident in a car, because of which my car went to the ditch, and there was a lots of damage to the car.. and aftr that i claim Insurance, and then the Insurance inspection did not fear and far about my car.. he is not doing well his job how to deal with customers.. Sir, i request for u plz concentrate my matter..
