Universal Sompo — not giving claim against accidental damage | |
On 30th december my car which tourist vehicle wagnr (Mh 46 ad 5595) got accident at morning around 5 am at near naupada thane west. As i complained in the police station and got the fir copy and i claimed my insurance in navneet motors thane. Seeing the all damages from thee accidental proof like photo and all survey man was not giving me claim against the damage part giving me unorthodox answers. Service center told me to complaint against this. I want proper claim as i paid insurance on time. Company customer care also not responding to complaint. Policy no. 2314/57858669/00/000.
